Mutual Nursery Pot Measurement

I have to round the numbers because the formulas won't accept decimal numbers. Only the calculation should be close enough.

Tiptop (Inches) Top (Inches) Lesser (Inches) Actual Book (Gallon)
#25 Nursery Pot eighteen 23 18 25.85
#20 Nursery Pot 17 xx 17 19.83
#15 Nursery Pot 17 xv 12 10.58
#7 Nursery Pot xiv 12 ten 5.78
Domicile Depot / Lowe's v Gal Bucket xiv 11 10 v.25

My local constitute shop here sells nursery pot, they call information technology by the pot number. #1, #7, #15, #20 or #25. I thought the the pot number corresponds to the gallons. It's true for pot number 1, 20, and 25, information technology's close enough just not for #vii and #15. I fifty-fifty asked how many gallon in this pot (pointing to the #15 pot) and they said that it is fifteen gallons. The #15 is closer to x gallons and the #7 is closer to half dozen gallons.

If you have an unknown pot or barrel and want to estimate the book, utilize the pot book reckoner above. For about setups, information technology is common to have 4 dragon fruits in a 20 gallon pot or 2 DF in a 10 gallon (#15 nursery pot).
